Shipping & Receiving

All packages sent to the resort are delivered to our Shipping & Receiving department. All packages shipped to or sent from the resort are subject to a handling fee, excluding envelopes.

The resort receives deliveries Monday through Friday from all major couriers including Fedex, DHL and UPS. Saturday delivery and pickup are also available. You are welcome to use your own Fedex, DHL or UPS account for your outgoing shipping needs. The necessary airbills are available in the Executive Business Center during regular business hours or at the Bellstand. All three couriers pickup weekdays at 3 p.m. Saturday pickup is available by prior arrangement.

You are welcome to charge your shipping to your room, group master account or to a credit card. Shipping will be billed at resort retail rates. We recommend Fedex, with whom we have the best rates for both ground and expedited deliveries.
