Our tennis center is the only one in the world with the combination of all three surfaces, the PBI Tennis Show, eight fun lawn games, award-winning player-matching, and a USTA Tennis Welcome Center.
Tennis enthusiasts will find one of the world's most comprehensive tennis programs, directed by Peter Burwash International (PBI). Daily morning clinics throughout the year are accompanied during high season by fun doubles Grand Slam Round Robins on all three surfaces, (grass, clay & hard) daily 4.0+ Drill Sessions, free "Quick Tips," afternoon clinics, and on Saturdays from mid-December through April our pros perform the famous PBI Tennis Show.
Morning Clinic (1 1/2 hours) - $40 per person

Peter Burwash International produces “The PBI Tennis Show” that combines music, racquet and ball control skills, with humor and educational tennis tips. Hilarious skits are choreographed to the music with fancy ball and racquet tricks and top-notch instruction. This extravaganza, billed as the “Harlem Globetrotters of Tennis” is a fun filled event for the entire family to enjoy. The show is then followed by a 20 minute "tennis carnival" with a chance for the spectators to test their serve with a radar speed gun, play against one of the pros or test some of the latest demo racquets.
The Tennis & Lawn Club at Desert Springs will host the The PBI Tennis Show & Festival from Christmas through the end of April 2011, Saturday from 11:30am - 12:30pm. Resort guests and locals are invited free of charge. Reservations are not required.
